14-week series, September 8th to December 8th Mondays @ 12:30pm Located at The Dance Academy, 75 Airport Road, St. John's Explore movement connected with breath in this 60-minute beginner's class. ~ Suitable for all bodies and abilities ~ Poses can be modified for accessibility ~ Reduce stress ~ Improve balance, stability, and strength ~ Create a stronger connection within your body and mind All you need is a mat and a couple yoga blocks (optional) to BEGIN.
